Staff were okay at best, seemed disinterested in being there. Asked what they had in a size 11 women's and got a response of "nothing". Going online I found that some products can be ordered in an 11, really feel like they didn't want to help me. They have a decent selection and carry the brands shoes that most people may be looking for, however due to the sizing issues I've never bought anything from this store. I would advise to look elsewhere in the mall or downtown Peterborough.

Every time I go to buy a pair of shoes I remember the extremely rude lady who works here and avoid the place. She was rude on multiple occasions so I can't just say she was having a "bad day". She makes you feel as though you coming into the store has greatly inconvenienced her... just a miserable lady, I'll shop elsewhere

Do not ever purchase Blundstones from them! Go to Grady's upstairs. They know how to take care of there customers! The staff at this store have absolutely no knowledge on the proper sizing of these boots. Only one of there staff is actually helpful. The others are very rude & seem too good to help you. One told me the sizing of Blundstone boots is the same as normal shoes which it is definitely not! Gradys upstairs will properly measure you & work with you to find the right size! Will not ever return to this Softmoc.

Went to pick up my shoes that I ordered after receiving an email a week prior letting me know that the shoes were ready to be picked up and they said that my shoes were not here and that I should wait for a phone call. On my way home I found the email so I called the store they took forever looking for the shoes and then finally the guy said that he thinks he found the shoes so I went back to the store to pick them up their excuse was that they were reorganizing the back room and somehow forgot to put the paperwork on the box and they didn't even apologize it's almost worth it to pay the 5 dollars extra to get it shipped to my house so I don't have to deal with horrible customer service
