Professional & yet practical service as always.( over 12 years ) John and team are very thoughtful and service oriented! I always feel that John reads through Condo Status Certificates in depth before offering his advice. He once caught that the city had not yet issued the original live in permit/approvals on a condo I going to purchase...where two other purchases of the same units had been made and this was not picked up. Attention to detail!.He had the seller clear it up before I bought.
