They advertise a lot and when you send an email out , nobody responds. I called them and said an application has been filled, the support was like yeah we will have a look and respond within an hour , waited for about a month and still no response. Either respond stating you don't want to rent it or don't post the ad online. Major inconvenience and don't have a support line when you cannot consider an application.

Lived here for 2.5 years. It's an older building but we had a renovated unit, everything was new and the building was quiet, outside of the city area and close to parks and the canal. The rent was reasonable considering hydro was included. The building staff, Karen, Steve, Ron and Kerry were all great, friendly, willing to help and made it a safe and comfortable place to live. We're happy to have lived there and would recommend.
The superintendent stole the rent we paid them. Even after the property management discovered this and the police charged the people involved, the property management wanted us to pay them the money their employees stole.
Very nice high rise apt building. Very clean. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and accommodating building manager.
