Without doubt the worst solicitors I have ever dealt with. Roger Terrell actually seemed disgruntled that I took the time to say good morning to him on a phone call. He went on to explain (very abruptly) that he was very busy and hung up on me! I can hardly believe he is that busy if this is the kind of service one can expect.

Very unprofessional, rude and abusive. Messed up our conveyancing which made it harder for us to get a remortgage further down the line. Didn't want to deal with the issue and dragged their feet until the bank threatened them, Mr Terrell himself was obnoxious through all forms of communication and trying to get through to speak to someone was a task in itself. Avoid.

RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Received a call back from Roger Terrell who sounded half asleep! I briefly explained the position and he asked questions which were not relevant to the case, I asked why this applied and basically his response was \you don't have to answer my question and no we don't want to deal with it!\ This is not how you deal with or speak to clients/potential clients. AVOID!
