I always enjoy going to Thai Express, the service at this location is okay at best. The food is delicious and quickly made even though most of the ingredients are fresh. I'm just upset that they stopped putting out as many napkins, otherwise I'll continue to eat there the food is great.

Would rather give them no stars at all!! Went there and ordered Pad Sew Ew Beef. Asked for a small container to put some of the sauce in and was told NO! I then asked again as they always give me a small container to put some sauce to carry out and have never had an issue this time the customer service was so poor and the man at the cash was just nasty...Absolutely no customer service skills at all!! Will never return to pay their wages that's for sure! Definitely buyer beware!!!
After reading some of the previous reviews, it has reinforced my opinion of this location immensely! The customer service is the rudest I’ve ever seen. Just like another lady mentioned, the older Asian man stares you Down while you use the “complimentary” condiments. This has happened to me multiple times at this location. Same grumpy, rude older man!! He yelled at me tonight when I tried to use the crushed peanuts ... in front of several other customers standing in line waiting for their food. Humiliating. I shouldn’t have even went back to this location after my previous experiences there! They treat customers awfully. I will not be back!!
I wish I could have given them less than one star, worst customer service, they made my order wrong and when I complained to them, they did not apologize for what they did, rather they were rude. Will never return back considering today’s experience.
This place has to be one of the worst Thai Expresses I ever ate at. The chicken was hard, the sauce was salty, and the rice wasn't even that great. I can't imagine how you can screw up RICE! PLEASE AVOID!!
