Been here about 4 times now with my girlfriend. Absolutely amazing every time. The staff always goes above and beyond. The environment is amazing and so far I’ve never had a issue here. Atmosphere: The keg has a very well made atmosphere. Everything from the lamps, the wood and the seating. And even the smaller stuff like Cups and plates, are all well balanced and look like they belong. Staff: The staff are absolutely amazing. They are great at understanding and interpreting what you say. Even though you are a complete stranger they seem easy to have a conversation with and are not too invasive when you’re having your meal. And they excel at the little things. Food: the food is simply delightful. Every time I eat here the food meets and often times goes beyond my expectations! Cons. The only cons I see of eating here is the price and really the only other thing that to others could be a slight issue is the lighting. It is pretty dark, However to me that is something I personally enjoy.

The food was absolutely delicious and our server was a gem! Friendly, professional and quick service with a smile! She even set us up with a take away container simply just so we could take left overs home for our pup! Always a tad on the expensive side but worth it once and a while no doubt! Also for the record it appeared to be much busier than 50% occupancy.
We appreciate the busy night but the two rib steak dinners we picked up were definitely not of the usual Keg standard, we spoke with a manager and are waiting a call back from the GM to hopefully resolve this isolated incident. We will keep you all posted. We have been contacted by the General Manager and received a 50 dine in gift certificate to be used at Peterborough Keg. Nice gesture but not feasible in today’s circumstances.
I did not expect The Keg could pull off a restaurant quality meal in a curbside pick up. I was wrong. I ordered 3 meals: 2 salmon and 1 steak&lobster. There were some substitution/omission requests and every single one was provided perfectly! My steak was a perfect rare, as requested. Outstanding!
First time visiting this location and my first time ever having filet mignon. What an absolutely amazing experience! The steak was so incredibly juicy and tender, I couldn't imagine it being cooked any more perfect. The service was excellent and the manager came out to us to ensure our experience was pleasant for our anniversary. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future and recommend it to others.
Nothing better than a nice steak at The Keg - Peterborough!!!! Loved the meal and it's a really nice place for taking your girlfriend out to and good steaks!! Would highly recommend it!
Felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed the food as usual. One member of our group had the calamari appetizer and found it tough a small amount of over cooking is all it takes so she mentioned it to the server to explain why she didn't eat it and didn't want to box it. They didn't charge her for the calamari even though she didn't actually complain. Always a class act.
We celebrated an anniversary dinner at this gorgeous location, which simply deserves a 12/10 rating. The host(s) were phenomenally accommodating, the drinks were stellar, the food was divine, and a huge (!) shout out to our girl "Queen Christine" - the server who you must inquire about when reserving for your next special occasion! Complimentary dessert was given to us by management (with the request from Christine) to celebrate our special evening, and we both left really having the best time. By far the most fantastic Keg experience we've had, without a doubt. Keep killin' it ladies and gents that make this location top notch! We will be back :)
