Ben and Mike were so helpful when I was looking to upgrade my phone. They were friendly and a joy to talk to. It is clear they are experienced and genuine people in this business and am glad I bought from them. Ben did all the processing and setting up my new service in less than 20 minutes, which I thought was pretty impressive. They answered all my questions and didn’t try to upsell me. I would recommend TheMobileShop for your various needs for mobility service. Lead Mobilist Ben is excellent in his knowledge of the various suppliers of mobile services and his working relationship with there sales staff. Ben and Mike make a great team at this store, if you need a mobile phone make this your first stop.

In short, my elderly mom needed a new flip phone as the one I had bought her in the summer was not user friendly, and as it turns out had other multiple issues. I ditched it and went to the Mobile Shop. Michael ordered an Alcatel flip 3 from a sister store in Lindsay. Within a few days it arrived and he spent the better part of an hour registering the sim card to my mom's phone plan, and hooked her up nicely. She is now texting/calling again, and is happy with her new phone. Thank you so much Michael.

I went to the mobile shop to see if they could help me find a better deal regarding new phones and plans. I was looking to setup a total of new 4 phones (currently had 3 with a different provider but was looking to switch and get new). Mike was able to get me 4 new iPhone 8s, with a plan that had more data for less than what I was currently paying for 3 phones. On top of that I made back 400,000 PC points which was amazing! I Definitely recommend the mobile shop to anyone who is looking to get the most out of their device and plan that does no break the bank.
