Just had my Orion Mobility Scooter serviced here and delighted with their customer service and engineers knowledge. Scooter was picked up and delivered back to me sparkling clean, so clean i did'nt think it was mine as i had really neglected it. Would highly recommend and will defo use again.

I used to think really highly of this shop. When it came to purchasing a powerchair from them they couldn't do enough to help, they were fantastic. However I recently bought a new powerchair from elsewhere and wanted to get the tyres changed, I even bought the tyres myself to make it easier. They ignored my messages they told me they would ring me back, but they didn't. So be aware if you spend lots of money they are super friendly, but if you think they will help with other purchases from elsewhere then think twice. I have left a 3 star revie simply because they were so good when I bought my first powerchair. The treatment I have received since has made me decide to buy my next powerchair elsewhere.
