We went there on Christmas eve to pick up our balloon to do our gender reveal later that day. The lady was very pleasant and even asked us to go get a coffee knowing that we were so nervous as we hadn't looked at the envelope. They brought the balloon out to the car and it was lovely. The picture doesn't do it justice but even had writhing on the other side with \He or she\ it was of great quality and definetly was the centrepiece of our reveal. Highly recommended
