Twice attended on a Saturday to see the updated hours in light of pandemic. Both times, despite saying they will be open, the shop was shut.

Rude. Tried to purchase items and was told by a bunch of people in the store I couldn't buy stuff because \he's not here.\ So the owner of the store had left the premises, while leaving the shop open to customers yet left nobody with the skills to actually deal with customers or purchases. The people who were in the store were rude and barely acknowledged the people who came into the shop before returning to their game. I left without purchasing anything. Terrible service, which is a shame since if the staff were more pleasant it would be a lovely little shop to visit

Well my interaction with their staff was far and few but I still loved it there it just had a very welcoming atmosphere and I will sure recommend this place to a friend

this is an amazing card shop full of adventure and friendly faces. always polite and a good laugh. weather your here to play card games or just to make new friends you will always be welcome at the rift.
