I had my first visit to Urban Spa. I booked the Seasonal Deep Conditioning Hair Treatment and Hair Cut with Serena. It was absolutely lovely! Very relaxing. My hair feels wonderful after the treatment. Serena did an amazing job with my hair. Will definitely be returning. Also, very clear COVID related communication before my visit. I felt very safe throughout the service.

I basically got a makeover today: I got a bang trim, brow wax and tint, and makeup tutorial. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The trim was quick, but on point. My brows look amazing. And my makeup tutorial was super helpful! I look forward to going back for other services

The atmosphere at The Urban Spa is awesome. It offers a clean and modern environment that smells good but isn't overpowering. I love walking up to the charming building to enter such a professional entrance. I've only met a few staff but they were extremely friendly, professional, and talented with their work. An overall very enjoyable experience.

One of the only places where I could book with a friend as they had space for two manicures/pedicures at a time. Great experience and friendly staff. Not 5 stars because I would have expected more involved in the pedicure. Just did nails, cuticles and colour with a hot towel. No scrubs or anything to address dead skin or dryness.
