I would like to recognize Mike from the Peterborough Skyline living center. He has made a notable difference with the maintenance team and instilled a confidence in the tenants that any job will be done professionally. I work nights and had a water problem during the night, I called the emergency number and Mike came right up and fixed the problem. He was also polite and pleasant while doing so, even though it was the middle of the night. He then also followed up the next day to make sure everything was running well and working. I could tell he really cares to do the best job he can and is conscious of the tenants property while doing so. The world needs more people with integrity and morals like Mike Thanks

Have lived here for several years and has a great community of people and pets. The staff are great and the building is well kept.
Staffs (Helen, Tyler, Steeve, etc) are very friendly and helpful. They helped me a lot with moving to a unit in the building. Definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a place to live in Peterborough.
I moved here last summer and I have loved it. The support staff feels like family. Any concerns I have had have been dealt with quickly and professionally. The building and grounds are well maintained. And being next to the liftlock, I have easy access to parkland. I can't imagine a better place.
I have lived in my Skyline building for almost two years and I have to say Helen, Claire, et al are the best team I've ever had for management/landlords! They truly care about us as tenants and our well-being. I love that this building is so pet-friendly, and that I have such lovely neighbours on my floor. I have never lived in an apartment more than a year or so, and I don't plan to leave this building anytime soon - this is where I plan to stay! The location, the people and my gorgeous apartment all make staying here an easy choice! Thanks Skyline for finally allowing me to find a place to call home! I recently had a clogged bathroom sink drain, which Tyler and Mike had sorted in NO time- these guys are SUPER! SO friendly and efficient! Tyler always has a smile on his face and says hello when you see him and Mike's the guy who knows the answer to just about every question! Thanks for being such a great team! :D
I've lived here for two years and seen an overall improvement of service and an increase in communication. The staff are lovely and respond quickly to any concerns or problems. They've made a lot of improvements to the building including the outside facing, roof and inside walls (painting). I hope that they keep it up. This apartment building is located in East City, which is perfect for me. I'm within walking distance from downtown and the 115 is easily accessed via Ashburnham Dr. There's a small grocery store and pharmacy just down the road on Hunter St. that I use for smaller shopping trips. And I can access the Rotary Greenway Trail right next to Ashburnham Ale house, both of which are great features of East City.
