I purchased Tennants insurance here last year and the experience was easy and stress free. I just switched my auto insurance over to them and the experience was again excellent. All the staff I have worked with have been professional, communicated in a timely manner and given fair quotes. All this while being friendly and polite. Couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend them. Thank you to all the staff. No they didn’t pay me to say this, I just had a good experience

Lorraine called me about an issue with payment. Before adressing the issue there was genuine conversation. She always takes the time to ask about myself, husband and kids as she knows we have a very busy household. The payment changes had slipped my mind as I was dealing with chaos of a lost visa, recovering from the covid virus, plus homeschool and taking care of of my other tiny humans. Lorraine took the time to fix all of the issues for me without any penalties on my behalf. Her efforts and extreme attention to detail made this issue no stress. She is an amazing woman. The office is lucky to have her.

Todd and his staff have always been a joy to deal with. Indeed, I prefer to pay my bills in person simply for the chance to visit them. I had an accident two weeks ago (not my fault) and a call to Lorraine put everything into motion immediately. The claims people were in touch the same afternoon, made the arrangements necessary for an appraisal and kept me in touch, answering all of my questions. The vehicle was written off and a cheque is now in the mail for a very reasonable replacement price. I couldn’t be more pleased with the treatment I received from Todd’s office and from Desjardins’ claims office.
