I'm very disappointed with this place - my daughter has had a chain she bought from them 2 years ago and had it repaired 4 times and since she went to Bob's Watch repair they seem to think this is not wear and tear and there is a default with the chain. My daughter went back today and they will not exchange the chain - they would not produce any policies that prevents them from exchanging a chain that is "defective" - the store manager had my daughter excorted out of the store by a security guard. She has left a message with their Head office that the woman refused to give to her - the security guard supplied her with the HO number. Never again TWAIN the chain... you have terrible Customer service. If I could post NO star I would...

I am dissatisfied with the service I received. I took my family heirloom ring to be fixed twice within the span of a couple months. Shortly after the second repair, one of the stones fell out! I emailed immediately to have things resolved. I received no response. Here is the email I sent. Dear Twain my name is ______ I recently had you repair a ring for me and it has broken. Normally this would not bother me but it is the second time I have had you repair this ring in the last 4 months and the last repair was less than a month ago and now it is missing stones. Now I usually do not have a problem with the service I received from you but this is completely unacceptable. This ring is an heirloom of my family and for one of the stones to fall out within a month of you doing work on it to repair the band is more than a coincidence. I am unfortunately in the states for the next month-and-a-half at least but would like to sit down with a manager to discuss how we are going to go about repairing my ring properly when I return. Attached you will find photos of the ring in question if you require anything further from me please do not hesitate to email and I will do my best to accommodate.
Really pushy sales staff, but decent prices on some items. Mind you, their pearls... You can go on eBay and find the exact items for a FRACTION of the price. I know this because I literally own some of the pieces displayed.
Forget the big day ! They can help !
