I want to know why I couldn't rent a trailer for a whole a 24hrs like I have many time before from Peterborough location. Glen Dee the manager said no I won't rent it to you for no longer then 6 hrs. Because someone else Might need it because it's the end of the month. So I asked oh someone else rented it. He said no. I said then bud am a paying customer why can't I rent it. I've rented it before for like 3 days. What's going on. He hung up on me. So I called again next day. And got a lady who pick up phone. And told me she had no problem book that for me. I told her what happened she said yup that's our GM and he thinks he can pick and choose who gets trailers for how long and how this has happened before. And gave me his full name and said sorry for him. Like am in shock. So I got my girlfriend to call back and get the trailer. She got it no problem. I want to make a formal complaint about this person. I've heard stories about him from my neighbors but never thought it was true. I know now that me a Spanish man with a Spanish name can't get a trailer from Glen Dee GM at 900 Water St, Peterborough, ON K9H 3P3. But my white Girlfriend with a white name can. Am beyond mad and offended. I even tried to explain to him that I've rented this trailer for 3 days before. And he was like yea well not with me.. my face was in shock.
