I like shopping in Waitrose at Oundle but now during Covid going from the disabled bays into the store I have to cross the incoming traffic because they have out garden bits across the door we used to use to go into the shop. Also as the cafe is shut there are no loos!! The only loos are in the Coop on the other side of town. I ask you!! If I have to use the Coop loos then I will shop in the Coop. Come on Waitrose think about your customers

Oundle Waitrose, a modern small to medium sized store. Plenty of parking snd trolley stores. The staff are always very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The store has a deli counter, a bakery, beers, wines and spirits sections. There is a good balance of essential groceries and other Waitrose luxury items. Queues are usually reasonable.

Well stocked everything I needed was in store and I felt safe in these days of social distancing

Its a tidy supermarket..... the car park layout is strange though and to be honest very tight....

A medium sized store, well stocked for most produce. Limited organic range, which was a disappointment. Unsure as to whether they ever stock Wild Salmon rather than farmed, which again is a shame. On my recent visit the staff were all very friendly, helpful and considerate of shoppers, bar one - perhaps it was a bad day for him but the fellow serving on the meat counter needs to learn customers are not an inconvenient nuisance interrupting him that he needs treat with surly indifference.
