They were very prompt to book a sales visit to check our water at our new house build, (not living there yet.) Appt set for after 3pm and by 6pm no call and no one showed up. I left a vm, and a call back came in by 7pm, telling me something came up and they should've called me. I sat there waiting for 4 hours. If this is any indication how their service will be I would not recommend them. We won't be using them. I wanted to add to my previous review that I have changed my rating. Water Depot has restored my faith in customer service. They are trying to make things right and I appreciate this. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but I will say that people deserve second changes and I appreciate Water Depot reaching out to me and making things right. I do recommend them.

I was very impressed with this service as I just moved to Peterborough and the water can be really stinky. - This solves that for much less than a water delivery service

Always get good service every time I go in. I will not drink Peterborough water from the tap and it's better than alot of places
