This was the worst drive through experience of my life. They forgot part of my order and refused to give me new meal even though the part they forgot was going to take 20 minutes. My Fries were cold. They were rude and threw my sandwich at me when it was done. I called head office and they never called me back. DO NOT EAT HERE!

This place used to be great. The last 6 months its gone downhill so fast. Theres something wrong with every order , and they fail to practice safe food handling. They have taken back a chicken asiago, because they forgot the bacon, and instead of throwing it out and making a new one, they brought it where they prepare food and set it on their counter and added bacon to my sandwich, which had 2 bites out of it. They never have their pop machines full. Re edit to 1 . They constantly mess the orders up. You forgot my coke \team leader\. And your salads have gone down hill no bacon and horrible cheese.
Its fast food. Staff is ok. Could be a little friendlier. When did people stop saying have a nice day?
I've never had a 30 min wait in a drive thru until this visit. My husband's burger didn't seem to be cooked through and gave him a touch of food poisoning (headache & nausea). We won't be visiting that location ever again!!! 1 positive...they had excellent customer service (polite and apologetic)
