Terrible customer service. Really unhelpful staff. I've been using wolsely/Plumb for over 20 years and I've never had such bad service from any branch I've been in to. Everything was a chore for the bloke who served me. Boiler and flue were in poor condition. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH

Purchased appliances for 700 GBP. Company very unhelpful and sells poor quality items. First bath delivered was cracked. So trader needed to go back to shop and take the bath back. New bath was brought without box . I decided to not have it at all and refund it. Company said , that due to missing box that wasn't there in the first place and screwed on legs it's categorised as used. What a load of rubish. So when client needs to accept a broken bath it's fine and when they don't like the style of it, company won't refund it.
