Took my Fiancé to the adjoining A&E for help and she was left lying in extreme agony without treatment for a considerable time. Dr Bruce took an eternity to arrive and when he finally did (after I had to chase him out of a room by pleading with nurses) he seemed disinterested in helping her, initially confusing her with another patient. His manner was rude and he seemed angry - as if we were an inconvenience to his day. I think perhaps he may be better suited to another line of work. Never again - 999/ARI in future every time

this is the worst health centre ive ever had the misfortune to need.even using the so-called online service during this pandemic is a joke.i bet if its privatised they'd be jumping through hoops to help so theyd make money.all the so-called drs are is drug dealers,and ignorant.ive given them 1 star as you cant post without but in reality theyre on a maximum minus.

I had a very painful shoulder, I couldn’t get dressed or drive it was agony. I was told I couldn’t get any help unless I came to the health centre. Two weeks of agony and little sleep later I managed with help to get to the health centre only to be told that it couldn’t be that bad as I’d managed to get there and to take paracetamol. Very worrying if you can’t get help when in pain.

Absolutely shock. It took us 4 days to get an appointment. Of course after going through the rigmarole of Covid-19 and coming back with a negative test we tried again. Again the receptionist was ignorant and non sympathetic and still resulted in Covid-19 rigmarole. Took him to A&E and he was rejected and told it wasn’t an emergency. When finally contacted by the doctor after going round in circles, they said they had no idea of him even being in A&E so clearly someone had lied. Total mess and a lot of miscommunication throughout the clinic.

Very very disorganised and arrogant staff, this place needs a proper management put in place, they are lazy and don’t have a friendly bone in their body’s, they will fob you off rather than do their job, I was told to drive my wife to A&E in Aberdeen but I decided to phone the ambulance service instead and the medic told me they have no right to tell anyone to travel who have chest pains,??? This shows they have no compassion in their jobs, they are actually putting people’s lives in danger, shut it down , for all the good it does you would be as well to lock the doors
