Waited outside of Argos since 8:00am this morning and when I came to purchase my item they refused to sell me my item even though I was paying with card, will definitely never be back. staff are useless and just in general not an organised company.

Each time I visit this location, which is rare mind you, there is always someone to greet and assist me and the employees are friendly and reasonably cheerful.

WARNING WARNING WARNING If you need to take any thing back to this store for any reason for a refund or even a exchange you will feel intimadated and made to feel like a scammer. We bought a X Box for my son for XMAS but the wife bought the wrong one by mistake so we took it out the box opend the batteries then my older son says we have bought the wrong one he wanted the one with the draw so we opend the batteries yes but we never even pluged the Xbox into the power so we took it back UNUSED but Peterlee argos told the wife its tough we will not excange it or refund you so be warned there exchange or refund policey is worthless

Hilly I also had the same problem I returned a faulty DaB radio some time ago and they also made me feel as if I made the fault up I now just avoid this store at all cost and advice any one the same
