Driver had poor knowledge of area needs more training on locality, couldn't find us which isn't the problem of the customer, so had to wait half hour on another after to be then told we had to pay a 3.00 surcharge had good experiences with this business until we had this driver, in the competitive taxi world, service is key to retain customers whom could go to plenty of other providers.

Used chevron a lot over christmas period. They are reliable and Never let me down once. They are always on time and Cheaper than most taxis as well. Drivers are always polite and courteous. I cant find a fault for the service they provide. You get a text to say taxi is on the way. One to say it's there and a thank you text after you have been dropped off. I can not honestly fault there service. Top Mark's by me

ordered a taxi at 7:56 exactly and the man on the phone said it would be about an hour, it got to 9:25 and there was still no taxi so i rang up again and the same man answered trying to tell me i never booked anything and wouldn’t allow me to book another taxi and told me to ring back up in 20 minutes. clearly didn’t know what he was doing, so had to book else where and got one much quicker.

Service is poor, app never works, regularly late and now they want an out of area service charge. They may be cheaper than some but it's no use if you can't get a taxi. Won't be using again, I find Blueline much more reliable
