Placed an order for delivery and when it came half the order was missing and the drivers attitude was a disgrace. We called the store yo request a refund on the missing items and the store manager also had an attitude problem. The only pleasent experience we had was from the pleasant customer service lady.
I loved this Iceland it is clean stocked well staff are friendly but sine this last lockdown iam trying to stay away from Hartlepool shopping nothing wrong with people or the place its the news that has scared me about how bad covid is there but in saying that this Iceland is a great one to go to lots of parking and other shops close by .
Always clean and freezers well stocked , only issue is the queues at the tills ,or should I say queue at the till. We normally go in early on a Friday morning and there is only one till open and the person working (hard) has to scan, pack, label up for home delivery and then move the shopping to the delivery area.
