I was the lucky first one to experience the Himalayan Salt Massage! I am the type that loves a good back scratch and a physical scrub combine that with hot stones and a massage I was in heaven. Not to mention all the benefits of the heated himalayan rocks. It's definitely a new favourite of mine and an amazing exfoliation treatment before a sunny holiday ️️️

My wife and I have just stated using L G Therapy recently and today I had my first reflexology session with Lesley. With all things untried and new, I am always slightly skeptical, but I cannot praise this treatment highly enough. After approximately 10 minutes I had fallen into a deep sleep and when Lesley gently woke me up I was extremely surprised that an hour had passed! I suffer from Osteoarthritis in both hips and shoulders, and in particular my right shoulder, but after this session, the pain had disappeared totally. I know that the pain will come back, but it is important to realise for my own wellbeing that this type of treatment is ideal for me and the staff at L G Therapy are the most friendly and professional staff I have come across and I have already re-booked for my next reflexology and aromatherapy sessions. Keep up the outstanding work. From a very happy customer :)

Had the most amazing Temple Spa, champagne and trufflesque facial tonight with head, shoulders, arms and hand massage by the lovely Maeva. My skin is glowing and the experience was both luxurious and relaxing, plus a steal at 45 for an hour and a half treatment. Highly recommended.
