Old boss failed to pay staff on time, Had to go down the legal route before she would pay me, She still fails to pay some of the other staff. Especially when they hand in their notices. Also she loves to try and control you. If you say no she will mess you around. How ever the husband is a really nice guy. Very responsible and is a very friendly man.

What a difference between them and chevron. chalk and cheese. The drivers were interesting to talk to. The girl in the office was friendly and on the ball. Yes they cost a tad more but I would pay a tad more for confidence in who I was paying for a service. . Well done road runners.

VERY UNRELIABLE! Two days running I've rang the night before to book my taxi, then in the morning to confirm and they've STILL been nearly twenty minutes late each time. Attitude from staff on the phone 'well it's only round the corner' 'there's other taxis that you can use ya know' disgusting attitude. Even the drivers confirm they've been sat at Peterlee without a job... HOW?! absolutely rubbish.

Very unreliable since going into partnership with blueline - booked 2 taxis to go from wingate to durham - only 1 taxi turned up and when I rang taxi office they said that 1st taxi would return to pick us up - some 40 minutes later.

Fuming. Ideas told once when booking then again by driver not to book return journey tonight until ready to leave. When I try to call and get a taxi told they are booked now till 1am!!! Disgusting service.
