Absolutely terrible. Opening hours are wrong both on the delivery slip and online. It shouldn't really be that hard to update at least one of these in 2020. 2 whole hours to collect a parcel. Even better when you turn up next day only to be told the parcel isn't at the depot yet. Where the hell is it then? Staff seem friendly enough but Royal Mail is a joke these days.

Tried to collect a parcel card says open 8am to12 wnt at 11.30,closed. Sign on gstes says open7am to 9am. Which os it?

Looked on Web site said office opening 9 till 12 went down it was closed sign on gate said 7 till 9 Web site needs updating
