The food is always nice. but on Saturday night it took them 2hrs to deliver Our food when we tried to ring they was no answerthey had taken the phone off the hook. So we didn't know if our order were forgot about. Anyhow our food turned up eventually and the driver said the the tandoori had broken which is fine but I felt they should have answered the phone and explained this to there customers so communication was dreadful. Unfortunately we probably won't be using them again.

Deserves no stars really.ordered meal in good time early evening. Took ages to come.when it came it was Luke warm and missing barjies.4ned them up and they sent another bag of so called barjies.turned out to be manky chips.4ned again delivery driver said it's not his fault.he was just the driver but he was Indian.i showed him chips and he said they were off previous night.opened main meal and chicken was green 4ned them back and demanded money back.driver came and gave money back but made sure he took food back cheeky git.no apology or nothing.never again be warned
Ordered a chicken tikka wrap on Sunday night. Was gutted I couldn't eat it I opened the tin foil and it was swimming in orange grease the naan bread was no longer a naan bread it was all just mush as covered in grease was totally gutted never had problems before what a waste of money was gutted

Every time I've ordered from saffron they have delivered well on time and I've got to say the food is beautiful and tonight I thought I've got to say how good it was.
Ordered from here last night via JustEat. We were told our food would be with us for 21.30. Food still not with us by 21.50. I rang Saffron and was told by employee that answered that our food had just left for delivery! Our house is a 10 minute drive away, yet food still not with us 25 minutes later. I called back again to be told that our food was just about to leave for delivery!!! They had blatantly lied when I made first phoncall and food had not even left shop despite being 50 minutes late. We called JustEat to complain and ended up cancelling the order as Saffron told the JustEat agent that their driver was lost finding our house. Food did turn up shortly after that anyway, but was over an hour late. Appalling service from this restaurant, who clearly think it is fine to lie to paying customers.
