Lenses great but had to go 3 times before glasses comfortable.

I have been a customer for several years. I recently had an issue with my glasses that I had purchased in February 2019. So 14 months old. The glasses broke and the glass was slightly hanging from the rim. These were timberland and expensive. I went to the shop and allegedly the design was discontinued after 14 months...? I was told they couldn't be fixed. So there you have it. Very poor customer service. I wont be going back!!! I was literally left hanging, excuse the pun.
