Having a holiday in the area and found this place on Google maps with good reviews. Only 5 miles from where we were staying so decided to give it a try. Absolutely amazing. The food was out of this world. Presentation was excellent and the taste was unbelievable. Excellent portions and excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was great too. The restaurant was tastefully decorated and very clean. I just wish I lived closer, but if I'm in the area again I will definitely be returning. The staff also surprised my mum and dad with wine and ice-cream with candles for their wedding anniversary. A beautiful touch, so thank you all so much for making my mum and dad's day

Gone down hill as this was our usual place to go. Waited 20 minutes after seating to have our order taken, took 10 minutes after our starter arrived before our drinks came. Frozen mushrooms full of water. Sent the wrong main out and when the correct one came I can only assume it was microwaved or cooked on the face of the sun. Spaghetti bolognese like rubber and then charged full price even though we were given and ordered off the happy hour menu.
One of the best Italian restaurants there can be. The owners and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating and found us a table even without a reservation. Ordered 16oz T bone steak with a garlic and butter sauce and ooh was cooked to perfection. Then one of the waitresses came with the desserts board so that you could see what you were choosing rather than just a menu with pictures, everything looked so tempting but chose sticky toffee sponge with custard and ooh how light and fluffy and scrumptiously sweet it tasted Myself and friends would all highly recommend a visit here. Fantastic Service, Really Friendly. Edit I Would Say The Food Was Fantastic But One Of The Family Got A Lasagna And It Was Raw So We Sent It Back. Got The Same One Back, Apart From That Everything Was Great.
Nice cozy place to eat in a small english town :), fair prices,good food, good serving.
