There was no covid warnings or rules on display apart from behind a plant. No rule to use anti bac, if you wanted to there wasn’t any obviously available. My nail tech did wear gloves but she proceeded to pick up the phone with them on. Once my foot massage was over she took them off and did not clean her hands to my knowledge. My feet were placed under a fan with no protection from my skin touching the device and it did not look clean. My nail tech wore her mask under her nose not over it and was not wearing it when I arrived. When I asked them to turn the fan off as covid is an air born disease her response was to say her gym uses a fan and she didn’t want to turn it off. I told my nail tech that this was likely air conditioning with uses filtered air and not a free standing fan. She proceeded to tell me to take it on the chin. When the oil was put on my feet she told me to put them straight back on the stool , the tissue protection was gone by this point. In general the place looked a little grubby , things were scuffed and a dirty broom left out. Also if you’re getting your feet done you will be in the window, not pleasant.

I had my nails done not so long ago, the whole experience was awful. So when I showed the lady what I wanted done she said and I quote “we will see as I don’t have enough time” that started my experience out to be awful. The paint job was disgusting, wasn’t painted on properly, she made me bleed as well! The other staff are awful and the way they talked about other customers is disgraceful! Once my nails were finished it was my friends turn, and the staff were just as rude to her as they were to me! While my friends nails were drying they were cleaning up around us and it was way overpriced! Within the first week two of my nails snapped! And now after two and a half weeks I’m missing several nails! I’ve had my nails done since I left school and they have never ever done that! Never going to this place again! Need to learn customer service! I’m truly appalled by the way I was treated and by the way my nails look! If I could rate it a minus I would!
Just got back from having my nails done at Amy's. I had my acrylics soaked off and Shellac applied by Danni. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and how amazing my nails look. Absolutely thrilled & will definitely be returning - charming staff. Thank you!

I s been having shellac here for several months this now and they are super. Due to the medication I was on, my nails became flaky and snapped but they spent ages glueing them and treating them. Every shellac I have had has been lovely and all the staff are charming.
I have been coming to Amy's nails since they opened in Petersfield and I do not have a bad word to say. The whole service is faultless, great value for money, personal and just an absolute joy! I couldn't recommend Amy's nails more highly - they do get busy though so make sure book.
