I own several AH pieces, some bought from retailers and some from AH directly, I’ve been pleased with them all. I had one necklace bought for me as a gift which sadly after 9-10 months of wearing I found the clasp broke, I contacted AH and their CS were great, they sent me a returns label and kindly replaced it for me without quibble. I was so pleased as I missed it whilst it was broken, it was a silver star necklace that I wear daily as an understated piece. Thanks Annie & your team. X

I bought two silver bracelets from Annie Haag some years ago - the one I have is silver with a tassel and my granddaughter a guardian angel .. they still look lovely and are worn frequently - it's now a special birthday for my granddaughter and as she's from Manchester I have ordered the 'tiny bee' bracelet in silver and no doubt she'll be delighted .. thank you again your jewellery is something else ..
