On examination of one of the rugs he explained that it should not be cleaned using a carpet cleaner, and helpfully how to do so. On completion of the job he rang the office and arranged a really good discount for the rug that could not be cleaned. It's quite scary how much unseen dirt there is in your carpet. Neat and tidy job.
