AVOID LIKE CORONA. Refused to refund a clearly faulty device. Even the first employee I spoke to agreed on CCTV that it was faulty. 2 days later... collecting my cash refund, although I originally paid on card... They have clearly taken apart and re-glued my device grip. Voiding any warranty. AVOID THIS SHOP.

Friendly service. They really take the time to make sure you have the right product for your needs and you can feel a genuine passion and engagement from the staff. Good quality and choice of products. This shop is a credit to the brand. Due to my experience here i know i can expect fantastic service at any Every Cloud i go in to. Keep it up

Wonderful customer service from extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. They are willing and able to field a multitude of questions and really know their stuff. I couldn't recommend them more.
Fantastic customer service I highly recommend the petersfield branch being a novice at vaping everything was explained to me without feeling like I was being rushed. I can highly recommend asking for tarron any questions he was more than happy to answer and very knowledgeable
