Charlie and his lettings team are a first-class operation. I rented my house out with Homes for 6 years when I went abroad. Nothing is too much trouble and Lewis the Senior Lettings Manager, responds quickly and professionally. I felt I was in very safe hands from a long way away. And peace of mind means a lot, they have your back. I would not hesitate to recommend Homes if you are looking to rent somewhere or to rent your house out. They are extremely fair and know market rates. I will be contacting Homes in the future either to rerent my house or when I decide to sell. Can't say enough good stuff. They look after you well. Having decided to rent in the Petersfield area, I found the perfect property for my future home on the Rightmove website, as advertised through Homes Estate Agents. Having contacted Homes Letting Services I was given a same day viewing and at my request for a speedy entry, I moved in 6 days later. The whole process was flawless.
