Very rude, unprofessional male shop assistant. He doesn’t know how to communicate with the customer. Should be rate as zero star! Picked up my ups parcel, we go there 4 times before he finally gave my package. UPS should not allow those kind of people to work for them!

The guys who works there is name Patel, he is extremely rude. I had a UPS parcel which had to be held there for 10 days as per UPS rules. He decided to make a return without telling anyone. I have also made an order on my friend's behalf, which he also rejected to accept and in result it had to be returned. It is the worst place and service I have ever seen in my life. DO NOT USE THAT SHOP AND SERVICES, unless the guy named \PATEL\ is fired permanetly. WORST SERVICE
If I could give a zero rating I would. The owner of this shop is unprofessional and out right rude. He shouted at and verbally abused my heavily pregnant wife over the shops failed process of taking UPS deliveries. If you are saying things like ' you and the rest of my customers are liars' its no wonder the shop is doing so bad. Awful place, awful manager. As a side note, the woman in there that originally serve my wife is very nice... just not great at finding rather large parcels.
