Outstanding level of customer service. We were after a pair of binoculars for my hubby's birthday and no clue where to start after a disastrous online purchase. What a fabulous place . Gentleman was so friendly helpful and knowledgeable . It was very fast to pick up my pictures and good price too . Nothing is too much for them here and can honestly say what a lovely experience . I walked away thinking I must let people know my great experience yet again as I had visited before to get my children’s passport pictures. This place is a gem and a definite higher than five stars mark .
A fantastic photographic shop! So lucky to have it in Petersfield. Gary and the rest of the staff are brilliant!
The shop is excellent and Gary, in particular, went the extra mile. I needed a new camera battery urgently and Gary not only fully charged it for me, but even delivered it to my home address near Alton. I thoroughly recommend the business for its superb customer care.
