The food is good but the service is consistently poor. We waited over an hour for our mains so by the time it arrived we just wanted to eat quickly and leave. Also the menu is accessed by QR code but it wasn’t made clear that the waitress would come back and take order so we spent ages inputting all the choices to be told that the system didnt work. However I had already managed to get mine to go through and despite being assured that it wasn’t connected to anything and I wouldn’t be charged, it has appeared on my bank statement. Now have to try and get that back....

Good place to go to with the family, reasonable prices, plenty of variety for all ages, the kids enjoy it. Nice outside seating too. Service pretty good and care taken with distancing.
Best pizzas we have had at any Pizza Express, and the social distancing organisation was very good, putting us all at ease. The service was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend if you're in the area.
