I had a wonderful time working with Natasha; she took such care in listening to me and hearing my experience that I felt entirely safe and understood before we even started discussing my personal plan. The plan that she wrote for me was incredibly detailed and answered so many questions that I had about my health which had been troubling me for years - it was truly amazing to find so many answers from just my first session! The plan also felt very personal to me and was tailored to my needs brilliantly; Natasha suggested a range of supplements, small dietary changes and habits and some really brilliant recipes so that I had plenty of options, however none of these felt overwhelming or like I was about to embark on something unachievable! She was really excellent at guiding me through the changes and providing check ins when I needed them to make sure I was on track, as well as suggesting alternatives to anything I didn’t get on with (when the weather changed for example and I wanted some heartier food!). I feel like I have a much better understanding of my nutritional (and physical) needs and that Natasha will be there again if I need any questions answered - she is incredibly knowledgeable and I felt really safe in accepting her help and letting her make choices for me. I have really loved working with Natasha and each session feels like I am chatting with a lifelong friend - I cannot recommend her highly enough!

What a revelation! Working with Natasha has enabled me to discover a new way to approach food and nutrition that is easy and enjoyable. These past few months the results have ranged from less fatigue and increased energy to better skin and a reduction of the dreaded puffy eyes! I was surprised, quite honestly, to discover just how effective a few simple tweaks to my daily routine has been on my wellbeing. Natasha didn’t demand a complete overhaul of my diet, but rather, she has created a ‘roadmap’ for me to follow a path to better health. She offers a few suggestions at each session, gives me time to try them, then we review them and continue down the path. This isn’t a quick fix that will fade – Natasha is guiding me, step by step, to an improved lifestyle that will last. Natasha really listened to my health concerns, and the questions she asked helped us find the root of each issue. Her advice includes lifestyle tips as well as dietary recommendations. From morning to night, including the mid-afternoon ‘slump’, I have beneficial support! Natasha explains the science behind her advice, which helps me better understand why my body reacts to different foods, good and bad. This knowledge stays with me, so that when I am planning meals for the week I am in tune with my health and can choose foods that truly nourish me and my family. I feel confident that my wellbeing will continue to improve, and Natasha’s guidance will ease me through each season, with advice pertinent to the colder, darker days of winter as well as the heat of high summer.

Natasha is entirely personable, professional and understanding: she is passionate about her field but also about the individual and I felt both listened to and guided throughout the consultation. After struggling with food choices and negativity around food for most of my life, Natasha has been able to help me to readjust my attitude towards food. She identified this issue through my pre-questionnaire and helped me to understand what a huge effect this was having over my health, more so than the bad diet that I thought I had, which she assured me was actually good! It has been such a transformative experience which as a result has had such a positive effect on all areas of my life, and in the enjoyment of the food I eat. It's really a process but Natasha identified my specific issues through a detailed body scan and gave me practical advice that am able to implement in daily life. She explained everything including the biology behind what was happening in my body, which really helped me to understand and to make the changes I wanted and needed. She has a wonderful approach and made me feel completely at ease, she is thoughtful and considered and I really felt understood, I felt comfortable to be completely honest and open. Following our sessions I received a detailed summary which I turn to when I need to refresh myself. For the first time in all my life I am enjoying everything that I eat. I am making food choices that are healthy and that I feel confident and good about, and I'm really enjoying the treats when I have them, instead of feeling guilty. I've always been someone who fluctuates in weight, but since my sessions I've managed to maintain my healthy weight and I feel great about myself (something I've not been able to say before!)
