DO NOT get your COVID-19 Vaccine from here. They will charge it under a standard consultation - 80 (as a consultation fee) whilst already getting paid 55 for delivering the vaccine from the GOVT. Avoid this place at all costs for this. The consult was all of 2minutes by the way and on the receipt, it says "Level B surgery." Nothing was done! I was asked 4 screening questions and that is it. Be cautious. The COVID-19 vaccine is supposed to be free. Know who you are coming to.

Twice now they have got pharmacy fax numbers wrong and I’ve been left waiting at the chemist without being able to get my prescription. The GP care is decent here but the admin side is a disgrace

Most probably the worst experience with Dr. Lim, never felt so rushed to describe about 4 to 5 different conditions I am suffering with. He was brutally honest about the fact he could essentially provide zero care in anyway, no advise was given in regards to my health, no hope or endeavour to work towards looking into some of the pain; I physically showed the poor condition of my shoulder which he immediately brushed past. I actually didn't even finish, and he had already gotten up to let me out of the room as it seemed to be his last few. This doctor showed zero care, or provided absolutely zero care into anything I talked about or any future plans for ANY of those aspects of health. I hurt at every point of my day; thru the metal plate in my feet, the de-attached feeling in my shoulder due to my history of back issues & that i have not been to afford to get to a chiro, zero empathy was shown and again zero attempt at finding any solution whatsover or assistance offered

I’ve typically had a good experience here, but left crying the other day. I had a few things I needed to check with the doctor, I work a lot & don’t have time to come to the doctors & as things do, they end up building up until you can get to them. I told the reception I needed a longer appointment for that reason & they didn’t notify the doctor, so when I arrived for my appointment, the doctor I seen (Dr. Elhassadi), was rude, disrespectful towards needing to bring up a few things & told me he couldn’t help me with anything else other then 2 things, because he was busy & didn’t have time? I told him I told reception I needed a longer appointment & he said, “well no one told me, I can’t help you with anything else” I’ve waited for a day off work to come in & had a few concerns, that were worrying, how is he to know if something might have needed immediate attention if he didn’t even listen to me. I left crying, I had to go to another doctor & it turns out, I did need immediate assistance. I’m very disappointed & I won’t come back here, after I was made to feel like a huge burden by a doctor who’s meant to help people.

If you get an appointment with dr. Elhasadi I’d recommend changing it, he is useless gave me an extremely high dosage my pharmacy had to call to get the correct dosage he will try to get you out fast. Dr. Lim is great always helpful but a hr wait for a booked appointment is a joke!

Don't bother, find actual service and care. I was written up the wrong care plan and they refused to correct it afterwards because the doctor (Dr. Abdul) who issued it to me they said he was on "indefinite leave" - which no one could explain to me what that meant, and would look very nervous anytime I mentioned his name. It has ended up costing me over 1000 in 4 months of treatments which are STILL un-claimable today with Medicare because they filled out my form incorrectly - and wont fix it. I even literally told them what to do and how to fix it (in writing) on the advice from Medicare staff, who have also claimed that it is the responsibility of the practice to fix. I've been ignored and repeatedly been told "No" as a response, and they only attempt to fix this was to write me another referral - but this only doubles my costs and still doesn't claim the money spent. Pointless. So much for service and care. No transparency here and I feel like they just swept me under the carpet rather than sorting out the issue. Unfortunately for them, they just made themselves look like a dodgy workshop and not a medical practice.

Dr Lim is the best GP I’ve visited in a long time and has become my regular go-to. Always friendly and always knows what he’s doing and talking about.
