Just wanted to say thanks to the service dept. I got a machine screw in my rear tire, and I needed to get a new tire and mounted on the wheel. I’d called ahead and coordinated with parts and service so my wife could bring the wheel in while she was up in Bel Air. She went in and spoke to someone in service (Alan I believe), and they were very nice to her. They changed out the tire quickly (while she waited) and had her back on her way. Someone even carried the wheel/tire back out and put it in her trunk. We’ve been in the area a little over a year, and I’ve had my 2015 VFR serviced at Pete's in the spring. That was also a very positive experience. Just wanted to let folks know that we are really pleased with sales and service at Pete’s. Everyone is quick to complain, but rarely say thanks. I wanted to publicly express our appreciation to the parts and service departments, and management. Would like them to get credit for the excellent service and support. -Keith W.

THEY SOLD ME A NEW BIKE (1 mile) WITH A PLUG IN THE REAR TIRE. [Pictures Attached] Upon getting my first scheduled service [at another motorcycle dealer], a plug was found in my rear tire. It is assumed that someone at Pete's Cycle Baltimore was aware of the plug and saved money at my expense and at the expense of MY LIFE. I have reported this location to Honda for the crookery they attempted. I am currently in the process of reporting Pete's Cycle to the BBB and to Honda again for a thorough investigation into their sales process. Pete's Cycle will refund me for the servicing of my rear tire replacement (that I paid for out of pocket) and/or be held liable for potential damages and recklessly endangering a customer, as this complaint will be in litigation.

Best damn bike shop in MD! Justin in sales is a rockstar! The Billy and the other guys in service are great and Brian in parts has never hesitated to tell me if my silly ideas for upgrades are doable or not. I won't get my bike serviced anywhere else!
Bought a motorcycle on Saturday with my son as it was his first purchase. The staff at Pete's stayed late, past closing, to complete the sale of the bike, do paperwork and service the machine. Great experience and made my son's first purchase a very enjoyable one. Great reason to buy a bike from the most established dealer in town. Great job gentlemen....customers for life!
