very very very poor service.i am judicial officer (judge) at petlad. my sis. sent rakhi to me from vyara. before rakhsabandhan , navkar courier service provider at petlad called me and told that your courier(rakhi) has arrived so you come here and take it from the office. So I told them you provide courier service, you should give courier at the address or u can provide courier at petlad court.I will not come to your office to pick up the courier.thereafter they Called twice like this even after Rakshabandhan but my courier did not give it to me till taday. this type of wrong and unprofessional practice adpoted by this courier service.
