The staff is cortious, and there is wide selection of products you may want for your pet, however limited items for cats, but that's not the store's issue. It's a generic market situation. More for dogs. Love the fact that they have an \Instant\ tag maker machine, so you may just walk in, select a metal tag and have your pet's name engraved with your comment details. There are few option for fonts, styles etc with plenty of tag colours and options. The store is conveniently located at \Def. Col.

Went to associated Photo studio under the same roof. 5 passport size and one larger picture for web site costed only Rs. 135/-. Second visit about 10 days later, which was my last visit 2 days back, the charge was 400/- 5 passport size photos and 2 website pictures instead of one. Charged more this time probably because this time I wanted one picture with my Stethoscope, being a Doctor. Was I overcharged as a Doctor...? Not sure...!
