Yesterday, I planned on beginning the journey to acquire a wheelchair for my mother. In the past with parents at other places, it’s a long process to get scripts, Medicare approval, and a wait for products. But Airway Oxygen in Petoskey immediately answered their phone, offered assistance, spent time getting Medicare approval and called me when ready. My mother was sitting in her wheelchair within 2 hours of my call to them plus they offered personal visits for any needed adjustments at her care facility. So impressed and grateful!

Brian B did a great job for is. Not only was he there right on time, he offered to and managed to deliver our lift chair the same day that we purchased it. He arrived with the chair within ten minutes or so after we did. He hauled it in and set it up alone, despite the fact that it is large and quite heavy. He did so efficiently, professionally, and expertly with a smile. We have been A/W-O customers for quite a few years now and always experience the same excellent quality of service that we did today. It makes doing business locally all the more rewarding and enjoyable.
