We actually walked out keys in hand. Shane was amazing and willing to clean off any vehicles we wanted to see/test drive. (We went up after the ice storm was over not really thinking about how covered in ice the vehicles would be) I'm so happy with the van I got, I wasn't sure what we wanted just because of carseat configuration and how easy it would be to remove/install them. I've told several of my family members that if they are thinking of a dealership the should go to JD Byrider in petoskey and work with Shane because of how helpful and awesome he was when we weren't sure we'd even be able to get a vehicle.

J.D.Byrider offers some great condition used vehicles. I bought a 2012 vehicle still in excellent condition. Had some continuous issues with the engine light always going on and would have to run it back to them for Diagnostic testing. Always seemed to be just little things, but the staff were always courteous and thank goodness everything was covered under the warranty. Then something happened with the engine that caused it to shake terribly. I thought maybe one of the mounts busted, but it was much more than that. The service department ended up ordering a motor and replacing it. Still at no cost to me. I've had a pleasant experience with everyone, from the sales persons, the service guys and management areas. I would recommend them to anybody.
