From the minute we walked in the sales room it was very professional. Knowledgeable sales. Rick was great. The first crew that came laid the flooring were fantastic courteous and kepted things clean. Came back second day and finished up. The stone backsplash was interesting watching them put it up. Again two very nice young men. I would give these sales people, workers 10 . And would recommend to anyone.

I was tired and really grubby when I finally drove to the store. My 75 Ford pickup is nothing to look at but still functional. I had 3300 sf of tile to order plus 3 14 x 18 garage doors to order. The sales lady Shawn treated me like I was a bum before I even asked to place the order. Image is NOT everything. I went to FBM and placed the order. 5 neighbors hot to hear my treatment and all are going elsewhere to do their homes. I was never treated so rudely but it cost them a great deal of money and I hope they figure it out and learn from it
