My wife had an iPhone 5 with a battery under recall; excellent service and a good experience. She went back later and bought an external backup for my iPhone as a gift; again, good service. Highly recommend them.

Service was knowledgeable and friendly. There was a quick turnaround time to get my Mac fixed and they did a great job at a reasonable price. I'm looking forward to visiting the store in the future to see what kind of toys I can find. Thank you

They were great to deal with until with little notice they shut down March 17, 2017. I had an appointment set up and they did not let me know they were closing before the date of the my appointment!

Walked in there on vacation significant others phone was locked ,didnt remeber password and wouldnt recognize her finger print, the heavier set gentlemen then begin to wipe her phone clean and delete all contacts and pictures off of her phone instead of just backing them to cloud to open later, charged her 30 plus 30 minutes to put a saftey pin in the bottom of her phone and just wipe it clear not pleased at all with the professionalism or customer courtesy

Was told by AppleCare to take my phone to them to have the power button replaced because my phone was eligible for the "Button Replacement Program. The gentleman at the desk felt right away, that the button program had ended. He went upstairs to ask "the tech" who replied that the "promotion had ended 2 months ago." I then drove an hour back home called Apple and they confirmed that it wasn't a "promotion" and it was of course still going on. Seems the employees in this particular location are either unknowledgeable, or lazy. I filed a report with Apple about their refusal to do warranty work when they are listed online as a service provider for Apple. For the record I was the only customer in the store, and still got lied to and sent away. AppleCare is sending me a box so it can be mailed to a more competent repair facility.
