My wife was given an explanation of what needed to be done to her machine and she left it there. When she picked it up and took it home, it didn't work like it should have so she took it back. They forgot to do one of the repairs so after they did it, the machine worked perfectly. If they would have remembered to do this repair the first time, I would have given them a five.
