Rick, the cashier employee, insinuating that my dad was lying, told him that the company didn't do these promotions. Rick is obviously lazy. An older gentleman comes in and talks a birthday promotion and you don't know it? Shame. You made the man come to me and print off of a physical copy? Shame, buddy, shame.
