Can Salom is a great restaurant in Petra. Situated in a small square, the tables are decorated with small table lamps and comfortable chairs to relax and enjoy a leisurely meal. The staff are very friendly, attentive yet unobtrusive. A great menu to suit all tastes including vegetarians. The food is delicious and very artistically served. Local wines add to the ambience of this great restaurant

Great location for a long, relaxed dinner, under the trees on Petra's main square. The menu is imaginative, (at least one of the dishes follows the owner's grandmother's recipe) always wonderfully prepared and the service discretely attentive but friendly. It's always a pleasure to take visitors there

Smart and charming restaurant on the main square of historical City of Petra. Mix of traditional and modern food. Taste it ! And specially taste their "gató" an almond cake that is unforgettable. They cooked it daily.
