The staff here is absolutely incredible. Super friendly and even with the pandemic and the adjusted scheduling/appointments, they are quick to take care of your pets effectively. The \drive-up\ style service is actually pretty convenient and works out fairly well. I can clearly tell they value the lives and well-being of animals/pets and take good care of them.

We take our animals to vets for a detailed inspection when they are sick or have something wrong. I’ve been using Pet’s Ahoy for years because I used to think they were the best at just that. I’ve noticed in the last 2 years a decline in their friendliness and sheer “wow” factor as a vet. They became more of a nickel and dime vet rather than a caring one. As of yesterday because of their inability to do routine tasks to professionally diagnose my cat’s vomiting issues for a whole week, after 2 visits, has now resulted in me taking my animals elsewhere moving forward and will be taking some other clients of theirs with me. The office staff had nothing to do with that decision as they normally treat myself with respect when I talk with them, but to refuse to do X-rays after a pet owner is signing off and asking you to do them because my cat wasn’t vocally showing signs of distress... That’s where I draw the line as it did turn out she indeed had an obstruction that had they done x-rays the very first appointment they would’ve found it. Instead they make my wife and I spend well over 100 on special food that turns out, she won’t be needing because they misdiagnosed. And please Pets Ahoy, please don’t try and comment on this review as you do some of the others and make myself or my wife at fault on this one. Cats will be cats and eat things they aren’t supposed to, I relied on you to do what I pay you to do and that’s figure out why a 2 year old cat couldn’t keep any form of food down and you could not deliver. This is my honest opinion and feedback on a bad experience, you have to respect that.

Love this place!! They have you sit in your car with your pet in a carrier and they tell you to call them when you park for your appointment, tell them your parking spot number and they come out to your car and grab your pet for you. They even take your credit card purchases right from the car. They also check up on your pet with a few phone calls to make sure their treatments are working. The prices are good as well. I really like this place and have recommended them to my family.

Amazing Dr and staff!!! I brought my cat in and they diagnosed an issue that is easily treatable, my fur baby and I are so very grateful! If you need a compassionate, knowledgeable veterinary office, this is the place to go!

Dr. Williams and the rest of the staff go the extra mile to anticipate and keep us in the know of what we and our puppy needs. We were referred to this location because we couldn’t get into our local vet for neutering for a few months, have had several appointments with this animal hospital, and have been very happy with their procedures and the costs even though this location is a bit of a drive away. I highly recommend this vet.
